For the Industry by the Industry

Our IMPACT

We work to amplify the Disability Culture already coursing through the fabric of the music and live entertainment industry by partnering with music giants and providing opportunity for music professionals.

Equipping the Industry

Through dynamic trainings and consultations, programming partnerships, resources, and safe space discussions, RAMPD helps industry teams, event crews, venue staff, and artist tours understand and be inclusive of Disability Culture and identity: making the industry more acommodating from the inside.

Empowering Artists and Creators

From our RAMPD Songwriting Camps getting artists placed on TV/Film, to our Industry Mogul Guest Speaker series, to our Job Opportunities tab, and our State of the Industry Town Halls, RAMPD works to bring career, creative and leadership development opportunities to its member network.

From Grammy-week in LA to Indie-week in NYC, and beyond, RAMPD partners with music giants to create our highly anticipated DisCo (Disability Community) Houses are highly accommodating, swanky industry mixers, bringing industry execs, RAMPD creators and professionals, and disabled influencers together to network, party, and build relationships.

Developing Leaders

Through our Ambassadors on DEC (Disability Equity and Culture) program, we run a speaking and performance bureau where any Professional Member can receive travel support, badges and even a stipend to represent Disability Culture and Music Industry events.
