Tiffany Meehan is a disabled Latina wheelchair user and founder of Full Circle Access, the first personalization platform for live entertainment using Accessibility Intelligence™ technology.

Tiffany has produced large-scale concerts and events, led marketing at an AI-driven HR tech startup, and currently develops disability policy at the federal level. She founded Full Circle Access after realizing venues make expensive investments without understanding how their decisions impact guest experiences.

Full Circle Access lets guests share one profile with partner music festivals, concert venues, and sports arenas while accessing community-verified information on parking, food, seating, and amenities — giving venues advance insights to staff and plan operations. She's building the infrastructure that proves accessibility isn't just compliance, it's what drives loyalty and better experiences for everyone.
