About Sadie Hart

Fueled by her love of music, wellness, & collective liberation, Sadie (she/her) from Saint Louis, MO has made a name for herself in creative circles around the globe. From studying music and theatre in London to headlining shows in the New York City songwriting scene, to teaching yoga in the jungles of Costa Rica, Sadie strives to be well, serve well, and turn her experiences into song.

Influenced heavily by The Beatles, The Everly Brothers, Bob Dylan, and the Great American Songbook from her extensive musical theatre background, Sadie’s award-winning songs have garnered praise—her song “Dirty Little Secret” nabbed a top 4 spot in the American Songwriter Magazine Lyric Contest (The Memphis Issue). She was also a noted finalist in the annual John Lennon Songwriter’s Scholarship Contest for her song, “Again.” Sadie’s candid, pop-laced, retro tunes celebrate her truths, and stick with the listener long after the record has stopped spinning.

Sadie spends her time livestreaming on Stageit, practicing, teaching, and decolonizing yoga, consciously reducing her carbon footprint, biking the greenways, practicing Covid Safety and other forms of community care, studying Disability Justice, cooking East Asian, South Asian, & Ayurvedic food, listening to podcasts, body-doubling, infodumping, and studying spirituality & Eastern wellness. She resides in Nashville, TN and is currently working on her next record of original songs!
