About Mini Producer

Meet Jay “Mini Producer” Manuel, a music producer, entrepreneur, and full-time content creator from Georgia. Despite being hard of hearing and living with Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type 3 and Autism, Jay has built a career breaking barriers and advocating for authentic disability representation in the music and entertainment industry.

Jay’s engaging content blends humor, storytelling, and advocacy, resonating with a wide audience. He has collaborated with major brands like Jif and HealthCare.gov. As a producer, he has worked with both independent and major recording artists. He was handpicked by Atlanta’s Recording Academy to participate in the studio opening of Grammy Award-winning producer Tricky Stewart and is now a voting member of the Atlanta chapter of the Recording Academy. Additionally, Jay is a professional member of RAMPD (Recording Artists and Music Professionals with Disabilities).

Now, Jay is taking his storytelling to a new level with his upcoming TLC show, “Jay & Pamela,” premiering March 4th at 10/9c. In addition to creating content, he mentors up-and-coming producers and continues to push for greater representation in entertainment.
