Mike has had real-life experience with the challenges of true diversity in business following his own spinal cord issues in 2020 which left him paralysed but also gave him the strength and motivation to become a passionate advocate for developing equal opportunities for the disabled in business. He uses the lessons learned and the power of adaptaton and positive thinking that he developed from his own experience to mentor and coach both disabled and able-bodied executives to realize their full potential. He is an advisor to businesses that want to embrace true diversity in the workforce and a motivational speaker who draws on his own experiences to highlight the hidden powers that exist within everyone.

Mike has spent most of his career working with brands and teams in a variety of senior positions at major global advertising and media agencies, including Global Chief Growth & Marketing Officer at WPP's GroupM, the world’s largest Media Investment Management business
Mike utilized his unique experience to set up and lead Universal Music Group and Brands (UMGB), a music strategy, partnerships, and activation division within UMG. It worked closely with all UMG labels, artists, and their managements to deliver transformational music-based marketing solutions for brands and created new marketing and revenue opportunities for artists and labels.

Mike has been a keynote speaker, chair, or panelist at leading advertising and entertainment industry conferences, including MIDEM, MUSEXPO, Advertising Week, The Advertising Clios, and Cannes Lions, among others.
