RAMPD Celebrates esteemed Indie-week panel on wellness in the #MusicIndustry at @a2im (American Association of Independent Music)!

In our fast-paced, demanding industry, music creators and professionals are often left vulnerable to burnout, isolation, mental health challenges, and safety concerns. Our esteemed @A2IM #IndieWeek panel explored the resources available for maintaining wellness, community, and safety in the music business. Experts discussed mental health support, physical safety and accommodation on tours, resources for managing stress, and industry initiatives for building a care network, and creating a healthier more authentic music industry.

Indie Week rages on, but RAMPD has already made its mark!
