New Interim Executive Director, Terra Lopez
RAMPD—the award-winning global network and consultancy equipping the music industry with tools to empower creators, performers, and professionals with disabilities, neurodivergence, and other conditions—has tapped Terra Lopez as Interim Executive Director. Formerly Head of Marketing and Artist Partnerships at Backline, Lopez brings a strong track record at the intersection of music, mental health, and creator advocacy. She steps in to lead RAMPD’s next phase of growth, building on its mission to drive a more inclusive and accessible industry.

I'm honored to share that I've joined RAMPD (Recording Artists and Music Professionals with Disabilities) as their Interim Executive Director.
RAMPD's mission is to equip the music, sound, and live entertainment industries with the tools needed to empower working music creators and professionals with Disabilities, neurodivergence, and other chronic or mental health conditions. I am so excited to support this incredible work.
As we continue building programming, partnerships, trainings, and resources, I want to connect with organizations, industry leaders, festivals, venues, brands, artists, and advocates who want to help shape a more accessible and empowering future for the music industry.
